Seriously! I would say "beware of a woman scorned", and generally just talk about why, but you should see this ad. This woman is pissed off at her cheating husband, so what does she do? Sell his baby car. After splashing it with paint! Its good stuff. I mean, check out the paint covered car! This is why you don't go and buy a really expensive car, put it in your wifes name, and then go randomly sleep with "tarts" as his wife calls them.

I mean, some of the things like "Car Belongs To Cheating Rat Of A Husband. But The Idiot Had The Car Registered In My Name So It's Mine To Sell" is just gold. Comedy gold. The site she listed the car on is one of the UK's better used car sites actually though, and is more then just a repository of crazed revenge loving wives.

They have sections that deal with New Cars which have some very nice vehicles at decent prices (too bad I am not in the UK), as well as Used Cars section, where you can find the spurned wifes paint covered Jag (I almost...almost feel bad for the husband, but I hate cheaters so I stop feelin bad).

Finally they have a section that deals with Car Loans, which is always something handy for a site to have if you are looking to buy a car. Also, the listings only cost £4.95 no matter how long it takes to sell it, and thanks to the popularity of the site you are sure to get alot of hits if you list there.

But remember - Don't make your wife angry, or you may find YOUR Car up on this site for sale, with an equally amusing ad in place!

New York, New York! Ever want to move to New York, but didn't know where to look for New York Real Estate, or North Fork real estate? (North Fork is an area of the Hamptons by the way). You should take a look at www.prudentialelliman.com then. This company services the New York area with real estate and homes, allowing you to find the perfect home or vacation home in New York. I myself would love to move up there one day, as most of my family is up there. But I wouldn't know where to start looking for homes.

www.prudentialelliman.com covers that. I am not sure if I would need North Fork real estate of course, as my family is up in Saratoga, but I am sure that www.prudentialelliman.com would be able to assist me with finding somewhere to call home. So, if you are in the market for a new home in New York, check out www.prudentialelliman.com. You will not be disappointed.

But that would just be silly. Just now I checked my email, and my mother wrote me asking for some help. She owns a farm and recently came into the need of agricultural fences to cover the area around the animals. I did some searching and found a site that deals with agricultural fences as well as other treated wood products. Pacific Wood seems to be a really decent company, and after taking a good look at the various offerings and options I am going to suggest to my mother that she purchase from these fine folks.

As we are in Florida, she is going to need treated fencing so it stands up to the various extreme weather conditions that we have to deal with here. Since I know that my mother, and myself, have no idea which wood and which treatment option is best, Pacific Wood has sales people to assist her.

I am gonna email her right now, and let her know about these guys. And if you are in the market for agricultural fences or other treated wood products, check out Pacific Wood.

You bet! Its not that hard with the right software or system. Teaching yourself to play music or even writing music yourself is really simple and easy. For example, you need good music engraving software to write music unless you feel like doing it by hand. I know I don't. Ever try? The software is called Finale, and deals specifically with music engraving and creation. Beyond that, it has functions that deal with teaching how to compose and arrange music, has simple point/click functionality, has a system that notates as you play a MIDI Keyboard, and can even do Guitar Tablature. Its a handy tool that no composer should be without in my opinion. Another handy piece of software that Finale makes is called SmartMusic.

What is SmartMusic? Its music education software, designed to help teach people how to play music in a fun way, with actual automatic accompaniments. Its am amazing piece of software that I wish I had access to when I was in high school and middle school band.

All in All, check out Finale if you need help with learning to play music, or help composting and creating your masterpiece!

Everyone who purchases a house, unless they are filthy stinking rich will get a mortgage. Sometimes, people will even remortgage their home. I was curious as to what this entailed, and started looking around. I found a site that deal specifically with Remortgages, actually providing a person with a individual and independant broker/advisor. This is a pretty sweet deal if you ask me.

That alone would make me want to use these guys. Now, what is a Re-Mortgage? Its when you either switch lenders or renegotiate the terms of your mortgage, and can be done for a variety of reasons really. The best thing to do if you are unsure is to use a group who is devoted to Remortgages, and thats where MoneyMagicMortgages comes in.

All in all, its a decent website, with a plethora of information, and if you are in the market for refinancing or remortaging your home, I would suggest these guys, hands down.

Plastic Surgery. Something a large percent of the population gets done on a regular basis. There are even shows about it now, like the Swan, and Nip/Tuck. Its become almost like another hobby of some, getting their bodies changed on a regular basis. From new noses, to belly tucks, to everything in between.

But the trick becomes how to choose a good plastic surgeon eh?

Well, one decent cosmetic surgery company is Plastic Surgery UK, or Mya (Make Yourself Amazing). A UK Based company, they have recently been featured in an article in the Times Online. Out of the various places rated and visited, Mya received in my opinion the best reviews, and with good reason. The doctors there seem to actually talk to the patient and advise them, rather then seeing them as another dollar like the other ones seemed to do.

So what sort of things SHOULD a person look for?

Well, you should first check just how popular a surgeon or company is. If they are popular, that generally means they do good work. Price is another factor. Something that is cheap generally means the work is going to be cheap as well. How long they have been in business is another huge factor. If they have been around a while it generally means that they have been able to stay in business and get repeat business.

The biggest one in my humble opinion though - The doctors. If all the doctors and surgeons are new to the business they may not have the experience needed to really shine. I would avoid places that don't have experienced surgeons. Of course, how does a surgeon gain experience without practice? Not my problem!

Make sure to ask plenty of questions, and if the doctor seems happy to just get you under the knife, its probebly not the best place. Also, make sure you feel comfy there.

All in all, the big first is to make sure you NEED it. If you don't then don't bother. If you could get the changes you wanted with exercise I would try that first. Its what I am doing.

This post is Sponsored but I honestly believe what I am saying.

I have really Bad Credit. Like seriously poor credit. I think my credit score is something like 400ish, and it really bites. Can't get a credit card, financing, anything. I know why my credit is so bad, I owe alot of people money. Recently I got into looking around for sites that might be able to assist me with fixing my credit, and I found Bad Credit Offers.com.

What is this website about I am sure you are asking! Well, deals with helping people repair their credit. Its designed to be a free consumer resource and holds a plethora of information for those like me, whose credit score sucks.

Check out a shot of the site itself:

They have things like "Bad Credit" Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Credit Relief and Counseling services. Thats alot of variety. I myself am looking at the credit card aspect...I could use one, and it would be helpful to use that, plus paying off what I owe to help fix my debts and get my credit rating back on its feet ya know?

All in all, Bad Credit Offers.com is a very very handy website, and I know I will be using it in the future.

I mean, look at how happy the people seem!

I have never been good at sales. Which is sad, as alot of jobs now a days that are really decent require sales training or sales experience. So, I got bored and starting looking around for information regarding Sales Training and found something that is quite interesting.

A company that started as a plumbing training company and has since become a Sales Training company? Nifty! Avand.co.uk deals with currently helping people find Plumbing training, however are expanding to deal with and assist people with sales training. Its a very interesting prospect, and I myself will be keeping an eye out. They handle the plumbing training aspect very well, so I can only assume that they will equally well in the realm of sales training.

Keep an eye out on these guys! I can see em going places.

Ever feel that you needed more computer training? Well I recently found a website that has online computer courses that deal with things like AutoCad, Microsoft Project, and more. Its a decent enough site with some pretty interesting links. They also deal with Leadership training, which I think is a helpful thing for people who have no Leadership skills. I know I have some basic ones, but nothing fancy.

So, if you need some computer training check out http://www.computerbasedtrainings.net/

I have always wanted to go to Europe. Mainly to see the places like England, Italy, Rome, Spain. I am not much of a french kinda guy so I would avoid Paris. Its overpopulated anyway. Although the Louve would be cool to see!

I found a site the deals with cheap holidays to places in Europe and the like. I was glancing around and found that a lot of the prices are actually quite reasonable and I am impressed by the selection. In truth, once I get my wife her passport, perhaps I shall save up some money and get a trip out there for me and her, like a second honeymoon. That would be tight! Going to see the Leaning Tower...and Big Ben.

The only trick of course is getting to England. I would have to fly there first, and then from there springboard around Europe, but that wouldn't be too hard.

So, for cheap holidays, check out Holiday Hypermarket!

Ya know, I have always wanted an actual home, rather then a freaking apartment. Not that my apartment is bad, per say, but I would prefer a home, with a lawn and yard and such, where I can hang my grill mitt and get my grilling on! So recently, I started to wander around various real estate sites, trying to find things that I would want to look for around Florida. As much as I hate this place, I would never leave it, because all my friends and family are here.

I found a site that deals specifically with Florida holiday villas. What are these you ask? Basically they are vacation homes for people to live in. Timeshares and the like, and there is nothing wrong with that! The selection of homes and villas on the site are amazing, and while they are ill suited for my needs, they are still rather impressive. For people who wish to spend short periods of time living down here, like my Aunt Sharon (she comes down with my cousins once a year) this site is a godsend.

The best part is they seem to focus around Orlando, and we all know what a hub this town is becoming.

So check out the site sometime, if you are in the neighborhood. I would welcome ya here.

I have. I know, sounds strange dont it? Me, a business man! But I have, in truth, thought about opening a small business. What kind you ask? Well, what sort would I ever open. GAMING. I am being perfectly honest about this. But my major problem, beyond starting capital, would be how do I do it. Thats where Incparadise.com comes in.

For example, do you know what the difference between llc and inc is? Cause I sure as hell don't. I know LLC stands for Limited Liability Corporation, but I dont know what the really means, vs INC or Incorporated.

They have quite a few tools as well. For example, they have a variety of useful and free E-Forms that budding business owners may find useful.

They also can prepare a whole set of documents for you for only $20 to $25 bucks. Not bad when you are just starting out. Every little drop of savings helps ya know?

Why would need all these documents? Well, when starting a business, even for one person, you will eventually need to have meetings, minutes for those meetings, and records of your shareholders and stock holders. Thats where those documents come in. I know I couldn't figure out all that nonsense, could you? My mind quakes in fear.

There are also several other options for those people who are a bit bigger then small business. For example, you can purchase "Corporate Kits" at a fairly low price from these gents. Here is an example of said kit:

Looks fancy don't it!

You can also have them help you get your Tax ID Number, with either their free forms or they can handle it for only $25 bucks.

And Finally they offer a Free FAQ on the types of corporate entities such as LLC and INC.

I would so go to these men for assistance, if I ever decide to actually open a gaming store... Live the dream right?

When shopping online, half the fun is making deals and finding steals. Hey look I am rhyming! Oh yea! *rocks out* Anyway, I recently found another handy Coupon Codes site called NcNatural.com. Its a very handy place! Looking at all their great deals and coupons I found things like AllPosters.com Coupons for $30 off $100 or more. If you like posters that is a steal. I could use some more posters for decoration now that I think about it. Stupid boring white walls.

Also, I found Hickory Farms Coupon Codes that give things like $10 off $50 or more. I know that I like myself some tasty holiday meats. In fact I know my dad likes to get me a holiday sampler. What can I say? I like summer sausage!

Finally, the neatest one I have found was forCooking.com Coupon Codes. I am a cooking FIEND. If you pay attention you know I enjoy cooking and creating various food dishes, and deals like $10 off $75 is a nice thing. There are plenty more deals on that site, and the very user friendly and simple interface makes finding things a snap. I would definitly use these guys.

Alot of you know I am type 2 diabetic. I need help with keeping my calories and sugars in check. I found a nice online calorie counter along with a very awesome food diary that helps keep track of your calorie intake and such.

This is important if you are dieting, or just trying to loose weight. The amount of calories a person intakes is basically how much energy they are giving their bodies. Cutting your calories cuts down on the amount of food and energy, forcing your body to use up its fat reserves. You don't want to starve your body though. Doing that would be bad. Check out this searchable chart which lists the amount of calories per item of food! Did you know that a single serving of Chocolate Ice Cream is 3.5 oz, and has 125 calories, and 15g of sugar? I didn't, and I am glad I do now. Thats dangerous for me. The sugar bit that is, not the calories.

Trying to cut calories is hard, especially when you eat as much as I do. Did you know that Cottage Cheese had only 24 calories and like no sugar/carbs? Thats money for me right there! (without fruit, with fruit you are looking at 219 calories and 10 carbs. Carbs = Sugar for me)

So if you need help with your diet or just keeping track of your food intake I suggest you use the food diary function and calorie counter at My Fitness Pal. I know I am going to.
